Think Safe focuses on the areas where risk is highest in off-grid energy operations: lifting, working at height, working with electrics, working in our facilities, and driving. Our approach combines rigorous training, clear procedures, and a culture where everyone has a voice in improving safety standards.

Lifting

All lifting operations follow strict protocols with qualified operators, regular equipment inspections, and site-specific risk assessments.

Working at Height

We minimise work at height wherever possible. Where it's unavoidable, our teams use appropriate access equipment, fall protection, and rescue procedures.

Working with Electrics

Our electricians hold all necessary certifications and follow isolation, testing, and verification procedures on every installation and maintenance task.
